01. Service Engagement
By accessing BosphorusInsightLabs.digital, you enter into a binding agreement to adhere to these operational protocols. Our financial analytics platforms and proprietary investment research outputs are provided strictly for professional informational purposes. Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Turkish law.
02. Intellectual Propriety
All methodologies, algorithms, and risk analysis frameworks displayed on this site are the exclusive property of Bosphorus Insight Labs. Reproduction, redistribution, or data scraping of our intelligence feeds without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited and monitored via digital forensic tracking.
03. Credentials & Security
Authorized access to client portals requires the maintenance of strict credential confidentiality. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your localized access point. We reserve the right to terminate access immediately if unauthorized lateral movement or structural probing of our systems is detected.
